2. Estimates & Quotes

All quotes and project estimates are subject to:

• On-site inspections

• Material availability and updated pricing

• Customer-requested changes during the project

Invoices may differ from the original estimate if changes occur.

3. Project Changes

If the customer requests additional work after the project begins, a revised cost will be provided. Change orders may require an additional written authorization or payment.

4. Service Warranty

We warranty workmanship on remodeling and drywall services for a period of 12 months, excluding:

• Customer damage

• Wear and tear

• Water damage or structural movement not related to our work

5. Payment Terms

• No online payments are required through our website at this time.

• Accepted payment methods: cash, checks, bank payments, or scheduled invoice payments.

• A deposit may be required depending on project size.

6. Cancellation of Appointments

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments via email or Calendly. Excessive cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

7. Project Photography

We may photograph work completed and use images for promotional and marketing purposes. If you wish to opt out, notify us in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Inspiring Construction LLC is not responsible for damage caused by:

• Pre-existing structural conditions

• Past or present leaks, moisture, or mold issues

• Existing electrical, plumbing, or framing defects unrelated to our work
